Both Courtney & I will be performing this Sun night in an awesome benefit for Reproductive Rights in South Dakota - this time we raise funds for Cecilia Fire Thunder & The Sioux Ogala Triba of South Dakota. Fire Thunder announced that she would start an abortion clinic on
tribal lands, if the draconian ban that was passed in SD is not
repealed by the referendum.

June Brunch Rocked!

We had another successful brunch this month! This time, we asked our FCWs to invite the FCMs in our lives - F-ing Cool MEN! Hey, the FCW Society is about promoting love amongst women, but we want to give the men in our lives props too (at least every once in a while). There were quite a few cool people there, standing around, chatting, drinking beer in the park (gasp!), and juggling. Juggling? Yes, there was juggling. One of my FCMs, Rod, is a part of the group The Flying Karamazov Brothers. He and another fabulous juggler FCM, Tom, were entertaining us all with their circus antics.
We also had a few new FCWs join us too! Hannah and her sister, Leah, and Marjorie's friend Laura... welcome aboard. And it was great to see some FCWs return that we've missed for a while too.

All in all, it was a wonderful day. We stayed in the park from 12 noon till about 7pm! Wow! You can check out the pictures here.

ALSO - We raised $45 for the NYC Alliance Against Sexual Assault. Great job, everyone.
